General Class terms
1. Accountability: The state of being accountable; liability to be called on to render an account; accountableness; responsible for; answerable for.
2. Collaborate: To work together, especially in a joint intellectual effort.
3. Expectation: The state of being expected.
4. Goal: The purpose toward which an endeavor is directed; an objective. See Synonyms at intention.
5. Integrity : The quality or condition of being whole or undivided; completeness.
6. Objective: Of or having to do with a material object.
7. Procedure: A manner of proceeding; a way of performing or effecting something:

2. Problem - Something you encounter that you don't want it to do.
3. concept - an abstract idea; a general notion.
4. Brainstorming - a spontaneous group discussion to produce ideas and ways of solving problems.
5. Generate - cause (something, esp. an emotion or situation) to arise or come about.
6. research - the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
7. Iterate - perform or utter repeatedly.
8. Solution - a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation.
9. construct - build or erect (something, typically a building, road, or machine).
